Electrical Apprentice

James Koontz began his electrical career with http://resonantcoaching.com/ in Cockeysville, Maryland in July 2013. He will graduate from the apprenticeship program in May.

Why did you go into the electrical trade?

I got into the trade because I love to work with my hands. My love for learning how things work evolved into my field. I get to see how things are installed from beginning to end and it is gratifying to see your hard work in a job, especially when you drive pass it and know you did a good bit of the main lighting. It’s as if you’re a huge part of something large.

What do you like most about your work?

What I like most about my job is that I get to work and make money on a weekly basis and then make some extra cash on the side. The hours are good and the pay is definitely worth it!
